FixRank is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly collect, parse, or process data from minors.

FixRank is operated by FixRank, Inc. (with infrastructure backed by parent entity 10x Galaxy Ltd, United Kingdom). This entity acts as the primary Data Controller for personal data processed through our autonomous crawl nodes, indexing connectors, and workspace dashboard layers.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate, securely compile staging patches, and improve our autonomous SEO visibility services. We do not intentionally collect unnecessary or excessive personal data.

We treat all user source code, page copy, and metadata adjustments with strict confidentiality. Processing may involve temporary secure storage required solely for platform crawler optimizations, rollback validation, and sandbox compliance audits.

We use collected data strictly for the following purposes: providing and operating the platform, improving crawl and render engine performance, preventing indexing abuse, ensuring infrastructure defense, and resolving developer issues. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act, we process data based on: contractual necessity (to deliver real-time SEO fixes), legitimate interests (to maintain and secure Edge node networks), consent (for optional cookies), and legal compliance obligations.

We strictly follow the principles of data minimization and structural encapsulation. Stored files are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized when no longer required for system auditing.

We use limited, security-first cookies for workspace session authentication, custom UI theme state, and performance monitoring. We do not use intrusive advertising or third-party marketing tracking cookies.

We utilize highly vetted, compliant service partners to operate. These providers process data only as necessary to perform services under strict confidentiality agreements.

Where technical signals are processed across regional Edge clusters outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate legal safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and isolated secure data storage environments.

We implement robust, state-of-the-art security practices to protect our networks. These include: HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 database encryption at rest, secure sandboxed execution environments, and real-time automated threat monitoring. While we take every measure, no cloud system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You agree not to submit unlawful or toxic content, sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or credit card numbers), or content that infringes third-party patents. You remain fully responsible for the metadata you choose to deploy onto your production website.

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR, CCPA, or UK DPA), you have full authority to request access to your data, demand correction of inaccurate records, ask for permanent deletion ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing boundaries, or withdraw consent at any time. You may trigger a full workspace purge at any time from your settings page. Upon execution: account profile records are permanently removed, GSC connection tokens are immediately invalidated, and all cached crawler diagnostics are wiped clean. Residual logging records may only persist as required for legal audit compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixRank is not liable for unauthorized server access that falls beyond our reasonable control, nor are we liable for content voluntarily entered into crawl streams by workspace team members. Platform use is completely at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changing search security boundaries and server upgrades. Continued use of our crawling gates and sandbox structures after revisions go live constitutes complete acceptance of the updated policy.
